This morning I was able to attend the Jeremy Hunter workshop that many of you participated in last spring. It was fascinating to see how outside influences/noises/attitudes can really affect your focus and what can be accomplished with a few simple meditation exercises.
It was also interesting to compare two recent workshops - seeing how Jeremy Hunter used techniques to manage personal energy while the Leading from Any Position workshop focused on techniques to manage time and productivity. Although coming from different places, both offered great insight into developing potential personal and professional growth.
I know I'll be sleeping better and working calmer with less stress after this wonderful workshop!

Isn't Jeremy Hunter awesome? After his workshop this past Spring, I felt so re-energized and calm. He really puts things in perspective. I've been reminding myself ever since to feel my feet touching the floor.
